Underfloor heating system manufacturer

Underfloor heating systems (also called low-temperature surface heating systems) use heating solutions installed under the floor. The heating medium is water flowing in pipes laid under the floor (underfloor water heating). In this type of heating system, it is the floor that transfers heat, becoming a radiator. Underfloor heating can be used as an auxiliary solution to main heating systems or as the only source of heating. Water underfloor heating systems can be used for a variety of flooring systems, including heavy screed as well as lightweight dry system boards (which can also be ordered from us). Below you can find some of our solutions.

Systems in our offer:

Silent and Warm panels

– fiberboard

Live in harmony with nature!

ECO THERMO FLOOR® Silent & Warm

Replace Styrofoam with an eco-friendly material – timber fiberboard.
Our ECO THERMO FLOOR® Silent & Warm solution allows to use a fully eco-friendly material – porous fiberboard – in the so-called dry surface heating method. The method is irreplaceable particularly in timber frame house construction, where it can be used on wooden ceilings, and in renovation works due to the thin structure of the boards. The dry method eliminates the need for heavy wet screeds, thus minimising the floor thickness. When the method is used with piping between joists, the thickness can be practically minimised to “0”. When laid directly onto a concrete or wooden floor, the minimum thickness of the heating layer is 33 mm, while the maximum of 48 mm (when using a dry screed such as Fermacell under ceramic tiles).
ECO THERMO FLOOR® Silent & Warm stands for low weight, high thermal and acoustic insulation. Due to the close proximity of heated aluminium pipes to the floor panels, lower heating temperatures can be used compared to standard screed. This translates into energy savings and faster adaptation of room temperature to the users’ needs. Porous board, unlike polystyrene, accumulates heat, which increases the thermal inertia of the entire floor.

ETF Chipboard Panels

– MFP board

Choose simple and quick solutions!

ECO THERMO FLOOR® Chipboard

A perfect solution wherever floor thickness is important.
Multi Function Plate P5 is a wood-based, eco-friendly and multifunctional structural board with versatile applications in timber frame construction and renovation projects. It has the characteristics of solid wood. Chipboard is made by pressing and gluing wood chips. The use of high pressure during the production binds the chips tightly and permanently, making the board resistant to damage – a feature much desired in the construction industry.
Eco Thermo Floor CB is laid across the joists with the standard spacing of 400 mm or 600 mm. It is advisable to place a fiberboard or mineral wool insulation between the joists for levelling and install the chipboard on top of the insulation. In the Eco Thermo Floor® Chip Board milled ducts, aluminium slats are installed for heat distribution over the entire surface of the panel. Then the piping is installed. The ETF CB panels can be used for wall heating systems. It is also the best solution for wooden beam ceilings. It is suitable for various types of materials.

Dry Flooring Elements Panels

-Lightweight ceilings and renovations – minimum thickness and low weight of the whole system.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® Dry Flooring Elements

An innovative solution with minimum thickness and a relatively low weight, designed to replace conventional concrete screed. DFE boards act like concrete. They are heated up by the pipes, accumulating heat and distributing it over the floor surface. The boards are made of 100% eco-friendly material containing plaster dust, water and cellulose. It is 100% safe for the environment and fully recyclable. The main advantage of this solution is that it is possible to lay the floor by gluing or placing elements directly on the heating surface, practically without using any underlay. The pipes are installed in close proximity to the outer surface. This allows to use much lower temperatures than with conventional heating systems, such as those installed on screed. DFE boards significantly speed up construction works. The installation process is clean and it does not require waiting for the substrate to dry, as in the case of standard screed. Dry Flooring Elements can be used in rooms where there is a risk of excessive humidity, such as kitchens and bathrooms. They weigh as little as 20 kg / m2

Cement Chipboard Panels

– Fire and fungi resistant

ECO THERMO FLOOR® Cement Chipboard

A modern solution with low thickness and a low weight, designed to replace conventional concrete screed. Since it does not contain any hazardous substances, such as asbestos and formaldehyde, it is friendly for the environment. The boards are resistant to petrol and oils, and act like concrete.

ETF XPS Panels

– Lightweight ceilings and renovations – minimum thickness and low weight of the whole system.

Excellent for applications where the weight of the entire structure is important!

ECO THERMO FLOOR® XPS

Thermal insulation protecting against moisture, resistant to long-term loads, mould and fungi. It meets all the requirements for this type of solutions. The closed cell structure of the entire XPS board is uniform, making it resistant against moisture. Lightweight and strong, it can be used as a subfloor for water heating systems. 100% recyclable. The lightest system in our offer – the total weight including aluminium is approx. 3 kg / m2.
